We must raise $2,500 per month to cover operating costs. Donors of $25 become annual members of The Cottonwood Mansion Preservation Foundation. Membership is for 2 people for the calendar year. A donation of $250 establishes a life membership. We also welcome appropriate tangible donations.Even with dedicated volunteers, the operation and continuing restoration of Cottonwood depends on income from fundraising projects, tours, and donations from individuals and businesses. The Cottonwood Mansion Foundation is a support group of over 350 families. Membership is automatic for a tax-deductible gift of $25 or more and includes a spouse.
Benefits of membership include a subscription to our quarterly newsletter, special member events and the right to nominate and elect trustees.

Patrons ($1,000+) have their names engraved on our hallway plaque.

Memorial gifts and bequests are encouraged and acknowledged. We also welcome tangible gifts of 19th century furnishings. All gifts are tax deductible.
